30-Day Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
